For users who used their email during sign up and have forgotten their password, you may reset it by following the steps below:


1. Go to the login page and tap Login with Email.

2. Tap Forgot Password.

3. Enter your registered email address and tap Send Email.

4. Check your email to get the 4-digit OTP. Enter the one-time pin and tap Verify.

- Please check the OTP in your email under Promotions. If not available check under Spam folder.


Important:

  • DO NOT share or disclose your one-time pin to anyone. 
  • If you were unable to receive the OTP, kindly tap "Resend OTP"


5. Enter a new password then tap SAVE.


Password must contain:
- a minimum of 8 characters

- At least one capital letter (A to Z)

- At least one lowercase letter (a to z)

- At least one number (0 to 9)

- No Spaces
