You can raise a dispute if you have found any issues with your completed order. However, we highly recommend you contacting the seller first by using the chat feature to relay the matter of your issue. 

Here's how to raise a dispute:


1.Go to My Orders

2.Go to the Past Orders tab then select the order you want to dispute
3. Tap Dispute


4. Tap the dropdown icon then select dispute type. Enter additional reason.
 

5. Tap Confirm





If the seller is unresponsive, kindly contact us by submitting a ticket to investigate your concern. One of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
