After placing an order, you are still able to cancel even after the seller prepares the order.
Please note that when canceling before the seller prepares the order, the system will automatically process the refund. The refund amount will be based on the total amount of the order minus the processing fee (3.6% of the order amount).
If canceled after the seller prepares the order, NO REFUND will be processed.
